Ofek Capital CEO and Chairman, Shalom Romm, is a business veteran since 1978. Immigrating to Canada in 1979, Mr. Romm has held numerous management and equity positions in small to midsize enterprises. His fields of operation include investments, real estate, construction, international trade, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer and trade exhibitions. These various enterprises led Mr. Romm to numerous business relationships within Canada, the U.S., the Far East, South America and the Middle East.

Tibor Lowy, Vice president, has over 30 years business, operation and sales experience. The last 14 years have been centered in the financial and real estate fields. Mr. Lowy offers strength and expertise in management structuring and creative solutions implementation.

Klara Romm, Director, is the President of In The Line of Health Corp., a health management company, since 1995; Homeopathic doctor, since 1999.  Ms. Romm has extensive experience in all administrative and operational controls facets.
